What is Kidstock?
Kidstock is a new Club program that allows you an opportunity to purchase Boys & Girls Club stock at $25 a share. Each share of Kidstock purchased will help provide a Club membership scholarship to a deserving youth!
Kidstock never decreases in value, guarantees a big return and is a strong investment that truly makes a difference in the city that you live!
Who does Kidstock benefit?
Kidstock directly benefits youth at the Club! Currently there are over 400 members enrolled and about half of those members fall into an income bracket that qualifies them for assistance. Even though it only costs a child $25 a year to become a member, it costs the Club over $400 to put each member through quality programming. Kidstock proceeds will help defray this cost and provide kids, who need it most, a safe place to go after school and in the summer!
The Club hopes that Kidstock will provide each child that needs Club assistance, a membership scholarship - a $6,250 goal or 250 shares of Kidstock!
How much does Kidstock cost?
One share of Kidstock only costs $25, but that share will provide a scholarship for one child to attend the Club for an entire year! That scholarship will allow Club members to participate in nationally recognized, character building programs and help youth make life long friends at the Club. Investors also have the opportunity to purchase multiple shares of Kidstock, resulting in a greater impact at the Club and a greater return on investment.
What do I get for my stock purchase?
You will receive a one-of-a-kind stock certificate from the Boys & Girls Club that states you support the Club's annual membership of youth and the programs at the Club. You will also receive quarterly updates that show how your stock has appreciated over time and the specific ways you have changed the lives of kids. The more shares purchased the greater impact your investment has on youth at the Club!
Why should I become an investor?
Your stock has a return on investment bigger than any other asset in the national stock market. Annual investors of Kidstock support enrollment fees and program opportunities at the Club, which results in a positive impact on the lives of hundreds of youth. Shareholders can expect dividends to be paid through a safer, more secure community, where kids can thrive. Kidstock offers academic and character building programs that create greater citizenship and healthier lives, resulting in an inspired generation that will lift the community and improve the world!
