Weather related school closings....Parents, please note that on days when school is cancelled, the Boys & Girls Club will strive to have our facilities open for children by 8:00am (assuming road and weather conditions permit safe travel for staff). Facilities will be closed at 5:30pm on these days. Please verify that the Club is open by calling after 8:00am. |

Boys & Girls Club policy, no child is denied the opportunity to participate based on his/her inability to pay. Scholarships are available. Club staff should be contacted for further information.

All members must check in and out at the front counter. Please do not take your child from the outside area without first signing them out at the front desk. |
The Boys & Girls Club of the Tri-County area operates with an OPEN DOOR POLICY that allows children to come and go at will. It is your responsibility to be sure that your child(ren)understands their departure procedure from the Club. The Boys & Girls Club accepts no responsibility for children who choose to leave the Club without parental permission.

| Please note that youth are not allowed on the Club's grounds during operating hours unless they are signed in and participating in Club activities. Members should NOT be dropped off prior to the opeing of any facility, as the Club cannot be held respondible for the supervision of such youth. It is important to remember that the Boys & Girls Club is NOT A DAYCARE and is not governed by licensure as a childcare facility. |

Late Fee Policy |
| Club members will be allowed one phone call to a parent or guardian to determine when they will be picked up, or in the case of an emergency. Every subsequent call will cost 25cents. |
Late fees will be charged if members are picked up late. Members will not be allowed to return to the Club until the fee is paid. Charges are as follows: $1.00 per minute per child up to the first 10 minutes late. $20.00 11-29 minutes late per child. After 30 minutes with no parent or guardian contact, the police will be informed. |
